Print out e-mail(s)/job description that tells you this is a part of your job and that you are expected to do this. Document, in detail, the time you spend doing this, including the time spent documenting. Do this everyday. Take this documentation, time cards, pay stubs, everything,to your state's labor department.
This is the sort of thing that should substantiate that you are not, in fact, a piece work employee, and you are not being properly paid for time spent.
