Please forgive me if this sounds snarky or negative, but when did it become okay for employees to recruit for open positions? Unless you're in HR or management or were given permission by your employer, is this appropriate? These type of jobs should not be hard to fill given the status of MT these days, and people should do their own job hunting. Unless a person lives in the Syracuse area, is it really viable? The posting says that several months of on site training is required, you made it sound like a nationwide work at home opportunity. Again, I apologize, I tend to question everything.
