Since I submit NJA every day, I basically have no schedule. I just let Fluency stay open and do work when there is work....all darn day long...and if I get more than 8 hours I do to make up for the days when I don't. Monday I have a 4 hour shift and since there are less workers on Monday I work an hour longer to get an hour ahead for the week. I also start at least a half hour before my schedule. That is the only thing I worry about, getting in trouble for starting work before I am supposed to, but these days you have to do what you have to do.
