I'm going to speak up about it, and if no one fixes the problem within the company, then yes, I would report them.
I don't work for free. If someone is screwing me out of my income by not paying me legal wages, no overtime, etc., I say, go ahead and fire me. And then I'll sue you again. I think my freedom to report unfair business practices or speak my mind about my employer's practices - or speak my mind about anything - is covered somewhere in our Constitution :|
