pay as an employee and what it will essentially be as an IC. Granted, I don't get the other "benefits" that employees get which you have to factor in (health care, vacation, etc). Those things didn't matter a lot to me. So, for me, I end up with more "cash in hand" by taking the higher CPL as an IC and pay the self employment tax. :)
