When I started working there I had NO instructions to install anything like you speak. It is not on my computer and I work there about 50 weeks a year. I call it phooey for others to post you are required to use something that tracks you 3 minutes away from your computer. You might have it but that does not mean everyone. I think they might know the ones who are just playing around about a job and the ones probably willing to work and needing a job. Perhaps those are the ones who are "installed" with spy ware. HEHE.
