working on production is to produce what I'm asked to produce. Working harder and producing more benefits me. I, too, take major breaks/lunch off the clock. I don't clock out when I need to go to the bathroom or get something to drink, nor do I intend to start now. If I need a break for a couple of minutes from a difficult report, I escape for a couple of minutes and can go back with a clearer head.
