So, there has to be another reason they want the MTs to track their time with instructions to only count time on the keyboard. Do they actually think that work off the keyboard should not be compensated? I guess that is the case with all MTSOs who pay for production but it sure doesn't sound legal to me to require employees to do certain duties but not pay them for it.
