The requirement to download Yahoo Messenger so they could use it to harass you if your fingers are off the keyboard for more than 3 minutes, i.e. the amount of time it takes to find "Dr. Suvalshnavi" or is it "Sue Valshnavi"? Either way, it can take over 3 minutes when you don't know the spellingh, don't know if it is all a last name or a first and last name, and where to divide the name to first and last.
