This is a portion of the email that a new TTS employee recently received. Everything they send out appears to be in the form of a threat.


I just wanted to state how the training process works with TTS. On day #1 you will be expected to work as scheduled immediately. Also you need to understand that we have many members on the orientation team and that even after you are released from 100% review, you are going to continue to hear from an OTM (orientation team member) on a daily basis. We will be monitoring your quality and productivity every day. We do that to help support you and it helps us identify any issues right away. We will be working with you 1:1 on utilizing speech keystrokes to help you get your production numbers up as quickly as possible. Please understand that we are basically monitoring the following items to make sure minimums are being hit before we release you to the production team:

1. Production: You need to hit a minimum of 125 text lines per hour and/or 250 speech lines per hour
2. Quality: You must maintain an accuracy of 98% or better.
3. Working all hours as scheduled: We will be looking for you to work your full hours from day #1 and can track this time in the system.
