that we have forgotten what it's like to be expected to work most of the time during of our shift? I'm not bothered at all with a system monitoring me because I am working most of the time, take my breaks/lunch off the clock and still put in enough system hours to satisfy them. I treat my job as if I were working on-site with supervisors around to note whether I'm working or not. It's called a good work ethic.
