I have progressive lenses in my glasses that allow me to look through the top one-third for far distance, the bottom one-third for reading, and the middle one-third for focusing at the distance of a computer screen. Took me about a week to get used to them, but now I love them. Kinda pricey though, about $500. plus frames, but worth it if you can swing it.
