and my concern is not WHY she's out but what's happening to the accounts under her management.
I'm on about 12 accounts. Tonight there are about 20 jobs for those 12 accounts.
I have indeed contacted her manager with no response, not to find out my TSM's whereabouts, but to find out the status of my accounts and lack of work after we received an email from a covering TSM about some of the covering TSM's accounts being transitioned elsewhere.
