for our TSM. These TSMs just can't or won't answer questions about our account status and the transitioning of accounts.
Our work has been disappearing over the past month. It's unclear if this is because they're outsourcing and we are just all scrambling to grab what's left, if new accounts are coming on board and when, or if other accounts will be leaving also.
I do know that the POC team or the covering TSMs have not offered any additional work with any other TSM or accounts. My understanding is that IS the POC team's job to do so when we are OOW if it's available.
