straight typing which is about 1% of your work. The other 99% is paid at 3.5 if you fall off the grid to about 5.75 if you are over about 99.7% accuracy. That means if you fall off the grid, you can lose a few hundred dollars a week. It seems to me that you are not an MT. Just think how upsetting it would be for you if your pay was cut because you missed a he for a she which is easy to do when you've been editing all day.
