Do you have a problem with Nuance or with MT in general? - Just curious

Do you have a problem with Nuance or with MT in general? The reason I ask is if you have a problem with Nuance, you could go to just about any other MTSO and be fine.

If you have a problem with MT in general, then why complain about Nuance?

As mentioned in another post at least you can get sometimes get 11.5 cpl, and your pay can vary between 11.5 and 8 cpl. While other companies keep you at 8 cpl always.

I guess I just don't get it. Yes, the industry isn't what it used to be, but an occasional 11.5 cpl at Nuance is a lot better than being locked at 8 cpl somewhere else.

Why vent/complain about Nuance when others are worse?
