...changes" to compensation that they know are going to make alot of people resign. It is as regular as clockwork.
And, if you are not being given work during your OOW situations, that is a GIANT hint about how much they value you. Do not sit and think the OOW will surely turn around for you. People on here have lost their homes believing naively that EHR won't take ALL the jobs, not realizing that whatever is left over after being converted to EHR usually gets off-shored as soon as possible. By the time those accounts repatriate due to poor Indian quality, you will have been shuttled off to new teams, new platforms, or new accounts, sometimes all three.
Wish it were'nt so.
