The best advice I can give you is get over your fear! Make a phone call and find out if you qualify or not. I did and got 6 months of UE? Did I feel bad? At first, yes, but then, absolutely not! After 43 years of working and employers paying into that fund, I did not feel bad one tiny bit-that is what unemployment was meant for!! 6 months wages for 43 years of steady working? I do not feel guilty or bad and neither should you. The very, very, very worst thing that can happen is they say no. But, what if they just say yes, yes, you qualify to make up lost wages due to no fault of your own? Then, print out some Nuance India business is booming ad and Nuance is hiring in INDIA, and it take with you to the UE office or send it to them via email. Good luck!
