Here is what you said as the bottom line: My concern is that I do NOT want my TSM thinking that I've figured out they are sending reports overseas (if they are) on this account.
Come on, now, who hasn't figured that out? Play stupid, you didn't see an issue. You left a blank for a word. More importantly, you wasted your own time and your own money to do things we are not paid for-research, looking up old reports, doctor names, etc. We only get paid for when our fingers are moving. Give yourself 1 minute or less to look something up, and then blank it and move on. Or make $2 an hour, I don't care-your choice. Just trying to help you.
