when we can't even get a flipping few hours approved off, let alone a few days.
MTs can't get hold of the initials when we usually need them. They're either off on PTO all the time, out in the garden, shopping, lunching, searching recipes or stupid cutesy things to share with us, on vacation with the grandkids, or some other crap as evidenced by their status updates.
I have to wonder when they have time to do all these various job tasks and get stressed out.
If they can't handle the job, then get out and let the company find someone who can. That's what we'd be told if we complained that there's too much responsibility or too much to do; "if you can't do the job, we'll get someone who can."
It's that sauce for the goose thing.
