I know for fact that it is not seniority as my TSM had NO transcription experience when she joined the company a couple of years ago. And no, they do NOT put in all the hours. Mine has a cushy Mon-Fri 8 hours days. Yes, they probably have to be on call, but try to get a hold of her. Frankly a pretty good gig if you can get it with the 6 weeks of PTO and pay. With my seniority I top out at 3 weeks, but try to get that; what with the OOW situation. I for one would like a detailed description of exactly what a COM, TSM, QA and TL actually do in writing, along with pay scale, hours, PTO.
