My TSM is good about trying to find work if it's there, but it just isn't. In a practice that has 15+ providers, one would think you wouldn't have to fight over 4 notes a day! This, of course, makes me wonder where those notes are going - one doesn't have to guess long. I wouldn't think all the doctors take off at the same time or only see 2 patients each day all week. I agree that blanks should not be the norm, but I also think there should be some accountability on the provider's part. And if you have MTs abusing that, those should be called out and not everyone on that account. I spend most of my day afraid if I have to look up too much info b/c that cuts lines and the rest of my day afraid I'm going to have to send to QC. This is truly the most stressful job I have EVER had. Funny thing is...this account came with the company when we were bought out, so I can say without a doubt, the difference is not the account but Nuance.
