That would be a good question, but it has happened with just 1, and really, considering it's based on % of lines, when you are OOW for 3 days that week, and you have a 30 minute note, it's completely doable. I achieve to greatness I guess?
If it's just a few MT, all shouldn't be penalized. I would rather they confront me than the whole team be penalized. But what really is crazy is I can't tell you how many times I've complained about background noise, eating, and other things that would actually help those blanks and nothing is done. It's, "Well, you know how the doctors are." Naturally, it's the fault of the MT.
