The whole point of their switching clients over to VR is to pay skilled transcriptionists less. They know their software can't do the job and that skilled human beings are necessary to clean up the mess it leaves behind but it doesn't matter because they can still sell it to healthcare providers and pay us next to nothing for our participation in their swindle.
