it's about front end that takes the transcriptionist out altogether and gives the control of the software and documents to the user or whoever the user designates.
I think people tend to forget that if you work for Nuance, you do not work for a transcription company. You work for a SOFTWARE company that just happens to have a transcription side. Any time they can move a customer off the back end VR to the front end, they have accomplished their goal and made money.
Don't ever forget, they sell SOFTWARE, not the promise of actual people doing actual work. The MLS, QC, QA, all the way on up, do not make any money for the company; it is the use of the software that keeps generating their income.
