and it is NOT easy. One time I got on working and thought I was on another account and sent a report over with the other account's specs. It is hard. What I found that has helped is I got graph paper and divided the page sideways into 3/4 sections... at the top i have the account names.... then down the left side column I list main things that will be different on each account such as blanks, cc, allergies, temp patient, etc. then i list under each account their way of doing it... I lay this out on my desk as I work so I can just quick glance down and not take fingers off keys, etc. It has helped a lot but still having so many accounts is hard.
