If any "TSM" can reach into the pool and profit from typing .... thats a conflict of interests. A NO-NO in any business, thats the gap and if we accept that as a corporate policy, we should expect there will be rats who take the money and run. Thats the very nature of a conflict of interest. Morally they should be ashamed, because each and every TMS knows that, they were down in the trenches once, too. Just rats. The kind of person who would steal pencils from work. Entitled to more than others .. thats a lifestyle and you can bet TSMs know a sweet dictator when they see one. Cherry pie. Well, poke in the eye. Karma gonna get you, I agree with that.
