And just when you thought maybe, just maybe, you could breathe. TSM alignment, which means for those who have tried over the last year to find a balanced day, all that goes out the window, and everything changes again. You want to know why everyone is so unhappy? Not only is it unfair practices, they seem to change on a daily basis, and we are supposed to buy into the "exciting" changes as something postive for us. I JUST got where I was starting to think my accounts might be stable. BOOM! I can't even seem to muster the strength to cry right now. I just pray for everyone in the same boat.
