knowing the person that was involved in negotiations, (actually not even sure if it is the same account people are talking about!) that person was saavy about the services and would not just take their word on it. Just speculating! the account I am referring to made N bend over backwards to get their account, so I would bet the 6 month guarantee is iron clad.
