your knowledge about the company, but if the "huge hospital acct" is the one I think it is, I am certain the MT director went to great effort to make this 6-month commitment iron-clad. The MT director really cared about the MTs. Director was heart-broken about the outsourcing and did everything possible to forge the best deal for the MTs. After the 6 months tho, boom boom out go the lights.
