but I did get an unsecured loan for 25K using my 2 IC jobs and an outside PT job I have at PNC bank about 15 months ago. So if I can do that, you should be able to get a mortgage. May not be easy but I would think as long as you can show several years of steady income they would take the chance. Keep shopping around for a lender, good luck.
