Nuance insurance benefits - Wondering

I need a job for insurance benefits so I cancel ACA. Is 30 hours per week the minimum for insurance benefits? Anything else I should know about quotas, etc., before I take the Nuance test? Is the insurance good? Is the premium reasonable for a single person? Thanks!
