If so, I found it quite entertaining. While I do believe if you are scheduled for a shift, you absolutely should be working during that time if there is work available, if you are not working because you are OOW and have fulfilled the OOW procedural obligations, then the TSM is SOL. I was also thinking that by golly, that TSM has had an awful lot of PTO really, is inconsistent in answering questions sent to her, so why am I to be concerned about her utilization metrics when there is nothing I can do about the work situation anyway.
