Any money you'd make on overtime isn't worth the loss of time in your life. I have better things to do than work 18-20 hours a day for a crappy company with crappy dictators, crappy managers, crappy management style all around and greedy executives who line their pockets on the backs of the valuable MTs who do all the work and get crapped on for it.
