Sinus surgery: s/l "cigar" elevator - Purple Butterfly

Procedures are septoplasty and bilateral inferior turbinate submucous resection. This doctor says this over and over. I've had QA insert "Sklar" elevator - but I cannot hear this. I hear cigar clearly but cannot document it anywhere. I can document Sklar - evidently they make the Freer and Cottle elevator (that are also mentioned in this report).
Dictator speaks clearly, not ESL. Word is spoken in 2 syllables.
This exact question (ENT surgery, "cigar" elevator) was posted previously in March 2010 and no answers given other than a guess of "trocar." Definitely not trocar.

[ In Reply To ..]If the doc is very clear, I have no clue but there is a Traquair elevator used for sinus surgery. I also have no idea how this would be pronounced as I have never heard it myself but it could be close enough to "cigar." It would certainly be your call. :)
