I mean, can you imagine going to see a psychiatrist and telling him your story, and while doing so, you look up and see him engrossed in a point-and-click EHR program? This is my first year to work solely as an IC. I have been sending quarterly taxes in to the IRS using the form 1040 payment vouchers they supplied. Usually I transcribe/edit them and move on and they all blend together and I forget at the end of the day who/what I typed. Which is a good thing. I've talked with several MTs recently who work for different companies. The companies have to send out reminders to the MTs that they are supposed to be at work at specific times. They also are having trouble with MTs just taking off without arranging for coverage of their accounts. The list goes on and on. What bothers me most though is the attitude of workers.
