Would you work for a company that has contradictory information - in their Job Posting?

    Now I have finally seen everything.  The MTSOs are dropping our pay so fast, they cannot even take the time to proof  their job postings. 

    Is this a typo, a Freudian slip, a harbinger of our future, or just an example of how unorganized MTSOs have become? 

    Not a great way to instill confidence in this company that their MTs will be treated fairly and as a human being, not as a piece of equipment. 

     Would you apply and work for this company? 

We are seeking IC MTs for several small clinic accounts. As an IC, your hours are flexible. We do ask, though, that you give us a general idea as to when you'll be working so that we can make sure we are properly staffed 24/7. Must have experience in either ENT, ortho, urology, and/or surgery. Experience with InfraWare a plus. We are willing to train on all aspects of InfraWare platform. The work will consist of straight typing as well as voice recognition editing.

Pay is 8 cpl for transcription and 3 cpl for voice recognition editing.

The work is approximately 90% VR editing and 10% straight transcription. Compensation is 4 cpl (including spaces) for VR editing and 8 cpl (including spaces) for transcription

3 cents for voice recognition as an Independent Contractor??????

On a side note, I have now found 3 different forums on the MTStars Board to look for job postings.  Are there still others that I have no found, or are these the only three?
