That's the point; MT's still work for these companies and take their abuse, low pay, etc.
These companies are on a such a power/ego trip it is unbelievable and lowly MTs are just happy to have a job, so they can "work at home." I would do something else to work at home, but that is me. I gave this job up long ago, and so have many others, but there are enough out there I am assuming to keep this farce of a job going. It will be gone eventually though, but not soon enough and at that point, they will probably pay 1 cpl or just ask for volunteers!
