I am looking into to taking a second job to make extra money. My main job pays by the hour as I work directly for a hospital and it is a combination of speech and straight transcription work. Consequently, I'm thinking maybe taking a strictly speech job would be easier on my neck, shoulders, arms, and hands, but I don't want to be wasting my time.
