I have the same old complaint----my team lead and her sidekide "SUPER QC" not answering their emails. Only this time, I actually got a response (2 days later, but at least I got one this time). I was intrigued and surprised....until I read the email. It seems she did not even read it. I was asking her an account specifics question because one QC corrected me for doing something one way, so I did it her way and got corrected by another QC.....same pay period, no bonus.&nbs ...

What was a minor error yesterday is a feedback today ...and vice versa. It would be comical if it weren't so punitive. ...

any questions you may have.....only to completely IGNORE my emails when I do have them. ...

waiting for work, trying to figure out the protocol for no work, trying to figure out remedy, remembering all the different passwords, wondering if my time card is correct because I clock in and out so much on a daily basis! I have never, ever been no nitpicked to death. I feel like an unpaid prisoner in my own home. Have to say, I love Mmodal. My CCM is caring and considerate and kind. Also, love the pay and hardly ever running out of work but when we do, that is a nice break for me. I hear both sides. My only problem is that I have been here for 8 years and making just over half what I started at. I've got a mumbler who is saying either "hypothyroidism" or "hyperthyroidism." My only clue is that this patient has a high TSH level. When I googled, there were many sites about thyroid, and the majority seemed to indicate that low TSH = hyperthyroidism and high TSH = hypothyroidism. Is this right?
