Whoever is in charge of VR for Nuance is doing a bad job. Same mistakes over and over again no matter how many times I have corrected them. Being paid 4 cpl is an unfair wage for the amount of editing required.
Some of your middle level management is incompetent and actually could be eliminated leaving you the opportunity to pass on their salary savings to MTs MTs do not need pep talks or "team" emails. We need to be left to do our work and be paid more so we can make a decent living.
As far as the corporate line with complex and convoluted messages filled with nonsensical catch phrases - give this foolishness up. Keep it simple without embellishments like "reaching out" or "excited" to try to snooker MTs that you care about them. We are all in business to make money not friends and it is insulting for you to pretend to care. If you cared you would take less pay and give it to the people who actually do the work, the MTs. Words are cheap. Show us you care by raising the pay and cut the BS friend/team pep talks.
