I stayed just below 99% for a long time before I quit, no problem, except for not getting the bonus anymore. Have they changed the employment requirement?
Unless the "first bonus" (whatever that is) has changed from 99.5% to 99.4% and there's no longer a Production Bonus that starts at 99%.
Reposting bonus info I've posted before:
as you originally said you've been below the (supposed) "99% required" minimum, nothing about "not been above 98%," which is a different matter if the required minimum is even only 98% (which I still think it is), not the 99% you stated. But if you've actually been below 98% for a majority of quarterly scores for that long, then either you're close enough that they don't care or you've just slipped through the cracks (I'm guessing more likely the former).
Again, I still don't think the mimimum "required" for employment is 99%, but 98% (as it was when my TSM told me that a little over a year ago when I confused it with the bonus minimum myself). You'd think there would be a difference between the minimum needed for the lowest "bonus" versus that needed for employment, right? Wouldn't be much of a "bonus" if all full-timers were expected to meet those same requirements consistently (including the 186 lph plus, which is also supposed to be required to stay employed), exclusive of QC submission rate.
My TSM regularly sent us Metrics of our whole team's performance, so even if yours doesn't do that, she does likely know that you stay above 99% for the majority of the time, so I still wouldn't worry about it.
