But they aren't. You're giving U.S. QA a free ride - on their abuses. Why? Worse, while

for reasons best not opened up you are attacking people in India exclusively, all your problems are generated by mostly very white and mostly male executives right here. They are the ones who are hurting you, on purpose, very carefully, always meeting to work on this, probably awarding bonuses to anyone who figures out yet another way to pay you even less for the work you do.
How do yoou know what "color" anyone is - - BTDW company is an Indian-OWNED company

If you bothered to actually do the research you would know that already. Go through the layers or corporate ownership/structure of Nuance. Indian owned - high level execs also Indian, with a few token "whites" (your word). You must be one of the "suit trolls" on this board. Take your cleanup elsewhere...WE ALL know what is happening with this company. Your spin lacks credibility.
What the hell do they expect with all the Indian QCs - fighting for the 40%

No way to know how many of the "errors" the client is pissed over that have to do with several QCs changing 1 report and that these are actually THEIR mistakes (the QCs), with them sending through to the client, with our names on these records with the falsified errors, to get their almighty 40% and justify their jobs.
Bet you would see far fewer complaints from the clients about errors if you took these people out of the mix - THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING.
Bet the client has no idea what Nuance is pulling with this and that QCs are the actual reason for most of the "errors".....Hmmmmmmm, how to let them know.
Hope somebody grows a pair and speaks up at this meeting about the bogus errors.
Always makes me wonder about a hospital when one doctor gets sick with a cold, and then the rest of them get sick. That doesn't happen in every hospital. Their hoarse voices are screwing up ASR extra and their hoarse voices hurt my ears! ...
Does anyone else run into this? I get all these major error reports from Fiesa, all of a sudden, one after another, with errors that I know, after 15 years of doing this job, I would not have made. I know with certainty that these errors would not escape me. Anyone else get this kind of BS? ...
I know these don't count towards bonuses etc but it still unnerves me to open my email nearly every day and seeing these stupid alerts with my percentage in the tank. Some of them I take full credit for others I dispute but it still shakes me up so therefore some of the mistakes I make is just because I am nervous about literally everything I type. ...
Never in the last year have I ever ever gotten 4 major errors in one report, I don't think I have ever gotten 4 in 3 or 4 months. They will never be able to convince me that something hasn't changed. I am being marked off for things that are completely ridiculous and some I don't think I even did. Wow - what a way to start my day - makes me really want to work hard for them. ...
Got 1 last night and 1 this morning. One I have to admit was definitely my error, the other bul &*&(&(. Hope the QA people choke on their bonuses. Have an interview today (non-MT) with benefits and decent pay. Tired of working so hard to perfect their SR program so they can jack us over either by sending it overseas or finding they need less and less of us as the program gets better (if indeed it ever does). Wish me luck. ...
I am wondering why in the past 2 months or so the VR on my main account has become worse than when the drs were first VR. I am finding myself typing more than 50% of the supposed VR instead of just editing it and dropping my paycheck even further. This is very frustrating when you are stuck on a VR for triple the time or more of the actual audio time. I proposed this question to upper management and their response was that they have no idea why this is happening, but they are seeing this a ...
Does not surprise me.. the Canned reports featured in EPIC I am sure will take over to completely do away transcriptionists. Clearly healthcare is okay with homogenous reports that really are not particular to the patient, just trying to stay within the slimmest margin of the law. It's like legal liability insurance...the bare minimum required. ...
If you woke up this morning with several hundred jobs out of TAT on a major account for IMEDX, you should not be surprised.
Imedx made their bed when they offered 12 hour TAT versus the 24 hour TAT that was prior, just to get an account. This is nothing new, this industry's MTSO have been lowering the bar just to get more accounts. QA over the years has gotten tougher, which a subjective 98.5% pass rate. When I tell everyone that my grandkid got a 97.4% on a test and was expelled, th ...
I put, ".....half normal saline to given in..."
Should be, "....half normal saline to be given in...."
Got a MAJOR error....1.0 point.
I cannot be the only one this happens to! ...
For the last week I have not had my primary account and have been getting unfamiliar accounts. I am just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this? My line count is way down and I am sure there is no way I will be able to make it up. I would really like to get out of this job and find something else, but I need to be at home to stay with my child and at-home jobs are few and far between. ...
I get dinged for leaving out words like the, and others. I am now understanding that this is not the correct policy, that others are not getting critical error, major error, off one point for this. So, am I being singled out? Because I thought this was the norm. I'd like to know so that while I am hanging on every word and will continue to do so, I thought I was not the only one with this...thanks in advance for the update. ...
Okay, let's sum it up:
1. Imedx hid information on losing more than one account for months, this is a fact.
2. Number one above is confirmed by Imedx having an acct going to EPIC, and a few days later 3 accounts that we "do not have access to anymore" as stated by manager.
3. Number two above did not say we lost, or Nuance took back, etc., just "no access."
4. In other words, work shifted to cheaper folks, we get that.
5. Lack of any emails in 2 weeks regarding what is going on is abso ...
I just received notice that my line rate is decreasing 1 cpl. A year and a half ago it had dropped 1 cpl also... and all as an IC. This will hurt. But what to do? I will stay as it is good work, good management, I know most of the accounts.... some are buggers though..
Only 7-1/2 years until I can retire to at least part time... hope I can survive until then. No way can I put in anymore hours than I already am. I am hoping for an after-school babysitting job ...
Has anyone been notified that they are not producing enough so their cpl is being cut? Have you been reduced/demoted to prn? Is the reason you have not produced enough because there is seldom work available? I see trouble ahead. ...
Something is seriously wrong. I am very rarely OOW on my main acct, especially on Friday nights. Had no work in there all afternoon, now 2 reports and it looks like there are some people who are getting jobs. Either work is very sparse or too many people are in my account flexing from earlier in the week. ...
