Why yes I'll commit my free time to work so you can make bonus by keeping the accounts in TAT! I'm thrilled there is no work now so I can just sit idly at my computer waiting and waiting to make that big 4 cpl!

I would not commit to work if they paid a decent salary. Does anybody care about this job anymore? Amazing how things can change in just a few years. My supervisor takes off whenever she pleases and is always "busy" or "not available." Ha, when hell freezes over is when I will work any OT for Nasty Nuance.

I agree. One has to wonder if they are violating any labor law standards. I think each state is different. I have to do some research. I can see if one has a set schedule to work 1 weekend day, but their expectation for MTs to be consistently at their beck and call

I know they're in violation of COMMON DECENCY. - This company needs to be investigated. nm

I have never worked so hard for so little money. No matter how hard I work I make consistently the same amount of money. This is the lowest paying job I have had ever. My last service I worked for the account I had for 2 years was taken over by Nuance and there I went from 40+ hours a week to 10 hours a week, I went to Webmedx and then Nuance took them over!!!!

And Nuance is swallowing up all the smaller companies. This is the lowest paying job I have had in over 25 years. I cannot feed my family. I am outta here soon for a $12/hour job. Not even going to say kiss my ass. They let people run out of work during the week, then when certain people want off, they think I'm giving up my 1 weekend day to cover for the few that dont show up. No way. MTs are paid slave wages and I would rather work at McDonald's.

Same old yada, yada, yada. It seems like they set my minimum at too many lines for me to ever achieve it so I don't even try. BUT did you read the towards the bottom of the email where it says that the payout is Nov 25 EXCEPT for former spheris employees who will get their incentive $$ ON OR BEFORE NOV 5!!??? I work for the NorthEast section of Medquist and my supervisor wanted to verify all of our hours before we started getting locked-out of working hours other than our scheduled hours. My CCM has been harping on us voluntarily changing our scheduled to weekend hours, how "it won't hurt a bit" and you may quote me. I already work every Sunday, but they want me to now work a 6th day, splitting one of my other days where they no longer need me to work, into Friday evening hours. I've applied at Probity, Accentus and RI Transciption. Anyone currently working at these companies and if so, do they require weekend work? I cannot find any scheduling requirements such as Sunday-Thur or Tues through Saturday. I prefer M-F but I know that's out with most companies. Thanks !! ...
