I actually qualified for first quarter bonus at 100% - Speechless

Unbelievable! I actually qualified for first quarter bonus at 100%. If I had not seen it with my own eyes I would not believe that anybody ever qualified for it. I am in total shock. Unbelievable but happy. It is possible. I didn't think it was. Did anybody else get it this week? I thought I had read here about a month ago that some people had gotten their bonus, so I thought I had missed the boat.

Congrats! Think most everyone got it a few weeks ago... it's annoying how much they taxed it.

Didn't think anyone would get the 100%. I've only managed a 100% for a few individual pay periods.

I have finally started hitting that 12k line mark to get the higher weekly bonus last few weeks though, yay.

Also at 100%, which I KNOW could not be possible, so I wonder how they came up with that. Needless to say, I am thrilled. :)

...does that mean your final QA score for the first quarter did not meet the criteria to qualify for the quarterly bonus? At this point we all know what our first quarter scores are and whether or not we qualified for the quarterly bonus. In my case, I did not. But if you did there should have been no surprise that you got it.

I'm glad you got the bonus, but I'm just a little confused and curious. Judging by some of the comments to this thread, it sounds like some of you weren't expecting it because your scores didn't qualify you for a quarterly bonus.

There have been 4 pay periods since the beginning of quarter and this 100% would have been on your time card the 8 times since you have had to approve it. So how could you be surprised?

Some of the accounts are still not on FIESA. This is why we were surprised. MTs on these accounts must have had to have special QA done to see if we met the standards to qualify for the bonus. Since we hadn't heard a word about the bonus, and it is now nearly 2 months after the 1st quarter, we were surprised (and finally in a good way). We had given up on being treated fairly and given the same chance to earn the bonus that all the other MTs had.

Some of us were not on FIESA until the quarter was over. We were eventually told a score and bonus or no bonus, but there was no data to back it up. No FIESA, no score, right? I was told I did not get the bonus, but they were unable to show many any QA reviews or how they came up with the score. That is the surprise, all right!

They need to show you the docs that were QA'd that resulted in your not getting the bonus. Maybe things were marked wrong that could be appealed. Also, if they don't show you mistakes, how are you supposed to benefit from QA? I'd try again to force their hand and insist on their showing you the relevant transcriptions that were graded. If TSM says no, you could take it to the next level with regional manager. Good luck.

It's almost the end of the quarter and just for the heck of it, I checked my post-audit Fiesa score today - I am well over 99% accuracy right now. With about 10 days left in the quarter, what do you think the chances are that they will find enough reports to bring that percentage down below 99%......I would be curious to know how many of us right now have over 99% and how many will have it at the end of the quarter...... ...

Does anybody work for a company that pays less for something called "qualified text" or in other words pays less for templates, like 10 cpl for transcription but only 5 cpl for the template lines? When I contacted my representative about Amnerican transcription jobs being outsourced, my rep said there was a shortage of qualified transcriptionists in the United States. I am under the impression that QT is canned text that we bring into the report and add text at certain spots when the dictator specifies? I used to do a lot of ophthalmology reports. Surgeon would say: Please insert my normal phacoemulsification with IOL implant. Then they would dictate which eye, how many diopters, model and size of lens, etc. Does QT also sometimes just show up on the report that comes up and then we just add what is dictated? How long does it take to bring in the QT? Than ...

I was originally with one of the ambulatory groups that came through the back door of Nuance. Our old ways of doing things have slowly been phased out since Nuance acquired us. Currently I get 8.5 cpl for standard lines and 1 cpl for qualified (template) lines. I haven't gotten the email about the video yet, but I've been reading on here about the new 7 cpl rate. No question that it was my fault missing it, in one eye and out the other, though I don't think a minor error in number of rbc's on a UA should be more than 1 point, but whatever. Anyway, I've decided it's like getting a dent on a new car ... hope to get it out of the way quickly so you don't have to keep holding your breath about it. I hovered at 99.48% for like half of last quarter before that was finally kiboshed, and that drove me even crazier than I already am ...

...where is all this changing the dates of the quarter coming from? I took the time to logon to Enrich (shocking, I know....had to look up my password) and just downloaded the payroll calendar that is currently on there. At the bottom it clearly states that the dates for 2014 Quarter 1 are Jan 1 to March 31. Am I missing something? I want these dates to still be correct as much as anyone...just wondering where the freakout came from. I'm sure someone will just say I'm naive....fine. ...

I really hope I'm not outing myself by sharing this, but apparently my team (I think this goes all the way up to the COM but see my comment below) is offering unlimited PTO from this afternoon until Tuesday. Basically, for every 8 hours you work over your scheduled shift, you'll get 8 hours of PTO. It's not a 1:1 ratio, but rather you have to work a minimum of 8 hours to get 8 hours.
