Has anyone received Q4 bonus this October 31st? - MTsince99

Has anyone received the promised Q4 bonus for those who qualified (I think October 31st is the date I read on an old email).

I was wondering because last quarter I did receive a little bonus and my stats have not really changed much for this quarter but I haven't received any email or any news if the bonus has been paid for this quarter.

I received an email from TSM a few days before 10/31 saying that if I qualified, and on a couple days before 10/31, I was able to see it in ADP, and on 10/31 it was deposited. So I believe everyone who got it this quarter, got it deposited on 10/31. There must have been another factor determining why you didn't get it. Did your lph drop below 186? I'm not sure if it is an average line per hour calculation or if it just drops below 1 time, and also if you average more QC usage over 10% during the quarter, then it renders you not eligible for the quarterly bonus. I believe that is an average though, so if you go over 10% one time during the quarter, it doesn't blow your whole chance, but I could be wrong about that too.

If not, let me know on here and I will explain the steps. This score is the one they use for whether you get quarterly bonus each quarter (99.5% or greater) and/or weekly incentive (99% or greater), and that score stays for the entire quarter (so if you didn't reach 99%, you don't get weekly incentive for the entire quarter).

how to see percentage for next quarter - sm

1. Log into FIESA.
2. Click on Reports, then click on Correction Reports.
3. Make the "From Date" 10/01/2013 since that was the first day of the new quarter and leave the To Date as the current date.
4. Right below that, select what platform you are in. If eBeyondTxt, click BeyondTxt.
5. Move over to the right hand side and where it says audit type, check mark "Post Audit" since our quarterly bonus and weekly incentive qualification only goes by post audit reports.
6. Now go down to the bottom and click on Submit.

A new window will open and look at your percentage score at the top. This is where you are at so far this quarter. I check this score after every few audit reports to know where I am at for the quarter and to try to stay on track to be above 99.5% in order to get the bonus. If on January 1, 2014, you follow the directions above and put the From Date as 10/01/2013 and the To Date as 12/31/2013, checking the post audit box and selecting your platform, that score will tell you if you got the bonus or not and you will not have to wait until they let you know. If you are above 99% you will know if you qualify for the weekly incentive for the next whole quarter also. Hope that helps!! :)

One more thing...if you don't get over the lph, then you don't qualify for the quarterly bonus even if your score if 99.5% or above, and I don't think there will be any way to know that so if you don't get notified about a bonus but was above 99.5%, then there is a chance you are not meeting the lph minimum.

I keep track of my time worked on webclock, use ebxtx to figure out my total lines and divide by how many clocked hours I had to find my LPH.

I did the Fiesa calculation for the last quarter and it showed I only got 99.48% QA, that's probably the reason why I did not get any bonus. For some reason, I thought it was at least 99% above like in the incentive... lol.. thanks.

I work for Transcend and we are scheduled to be paid October 9th, but Monday, October 8th is Columbus Day and a federal holiday which means banks are closed. So will this push pay day up to Wednesday the 10th? I haven't worked here very long and wanted to know. Just wonder if the holiday would effect the pay date? ...

I wondered if everyone has received their W2s by now? I left MModal several months ago when I realized staying for the benefits was not worth the stress and LOW pay, but have yet to receive my W2. I also did not receive my final PTO pay but it was less than 100 dollars so did not pursue it other than a few emails (and yes, I gave 2 weeks' notice and worked all of that). how do you know you've been paid that time by looking at your pay stub? And does it show up on your time sheets as an adjustment by your CCM? I was just wondering if anyone has received their paycheck from TTD yet? Today is August 20 and they were supposed to have been written and sent on August 10 according to contracts. My mail has already ran today and no check. Also when VB pulled out, we were promised log ins to another account and that was a week ago...I still have not gotten my log in. I am getting no response from Amy or anyone. What should I do? No log in, no work, no check? What's up? ...
