Completely confused about - production bonus

Can you qualify for that weekly based on, I guess the previous week? Or something?

I got a very unusual surprise - MORE pay than I expected, rather than less (which is the usual), and realized somehow I had qualified for production even though I thought I was out, thinking that was a 3 month thing too, so wasn't even trying, just trying to get more lines since I had lost out, I thought, on all bonuses.

So can someone confirm production bonus is based on last week's QA post audit - or what?

I do notice that this week, Boom! I have been hit big time with multiple audits, so I wonder - if you make decent pay for a week or two do they put a hit out on you to prevent you doing it next time?

Honestly, I cannot fathom this system and maybe they are counting on that, but it would help me if someone could explain when/how you qualify for production. Thanks.

Bonus - Qualified for 3 month

I was told you can only qualify for the bonus if you met the requirement for the previous quarter...which makes calling it a weekly bonus kind of ...well just plain stupid. I did qualify last quarter and since making the bonus for 2 weeks, I am being audited like crazy....I hate to think that someone pays that much attention or even gets paid to check to see if bonuses are being given and then tries to take them away....

Anyway, you have to meet the requirements for production, jobs sent for QC review and post audit percentage for the previous quarter and then meet these again weekly to get the bonus, is how I understand it...but you are right, it is so confusing, I may be wrong.

I have no idea how anyone qualifies for anything - how qa scores or anythng Nuance does

All I know for sure is Nuance management uses phrases like "reach out" and they are always "excited" to offer news that will hurt the MT and hope the MT doesn't notice bad news by hiding behind the excitement management has to offer the news. They insult the intelligence of MTs and it should be a clue as to how little they value us.

Weekly production bonus requires that you meet these criteria:
1. Previous quarter's (not previous week's) QA at least 99%.
2. QC <= 10% for current week

Beginning with total line count of 7001, you earn extra 0.0025 incentive for all lines, 0.005 for 8001, 0.0075 for 9001, 0.10 for 10,001; 0.150 for 11,001; 0.20 for 12,001.

I figured no bonus because I did not get the previous quarter 99% QA.

Maybe there is something to that more lph and more lines, do your best, don't read FIESA, and damn the torpedoes mode of thought.

I am so sick of these dictations that are less than 60 seconds long, pay from .08 to .24 cents each that require 3 minutes of unpaid work to set up. Don't get me wrong, they are nice ladies, but they are just so very clueless. I just recently got a job here and I am in heaven. I am on working right now and had to get away and vent on her for a second because the editing with voice wreck is SOOOO bad right now, I am putting way more effort into the reports than what I am getting paid for. I have not seen how long our pay would be dropped the 3 cents. Am I missing something? Is it just that pay period or the next week or what? I just don't see that. Certainly nothing new to be confused over QA, but this one is really confusing me. Perhaps I missed the memo. I had mL changed to cc by QA. Yes, dictator stated cc, but I surely do remember being told to use mL instead so why was it changed to cc....not sure. The other change was 12 mm changed to 12-mm.
