New to the Q- e-mailed CCM Northern Region about needing to change schedule - have not heard back in 2 days- what is the protoco

your schedule to xyz, and if you do not hear back you will understand that it is okay. We cannot always wait a week to hear about something like that. Send copies to your supervisor and theirs.

The communication in this company is ghastly!

CCM does not answer emails in a timely manner.

I had serious issues with my time card and a couple other things when I started 2 weeks ago. Some of the questions I have asked are still unanswered. How do you fing out who to escalate to when you were never informed who these people are?

If you didn't recieve that info when hired, look at the cc's on emails you have received from CCM. A lot of times they send copies to them.

The other thing you can do is contact HR through MQ Central. You can copy and paste or attach the email(s) you've sent to CCM as well as indicate the lack of response received. HR will tell you who the supervisor is and/or contact your CCM directly about the situation.

Even though a lot of CCMs don't respond to every email, they do respond to those emails coming from corporate offices.

Try Michael Clark - CCO. Maybe if we burn up his emails, he will listen to all of the problems that are going on with communication. This is not good management and a sad situation for a new MT at MQ. So Sad.....

They promised from the time I hired on that I could change my hours & never let me, so I ended up quitting. If it's just for the day, it's no big deal & they usually work with you on that.

try to get your old schedule back?  My change was "forced" on me and I was wondering with the new grouping and such, if I should try to get my schedule back.  It was kind of a bizzare change in that I already worked one weekend day and was told I needed to work the other weekend day instead, so now I dont even have 2 days off in a row...that could be remedied I am told, but switching my other day offf....that was optional and for now I said no. ...

and I suggest you all do too. To your TSM. Allow some time for answers; however, I would keep e-mailing/calling and don't let up. Besides it might be slightly illegal is the fact that it isn't fair. When I get some answers I will relay them on here for you all. Please e-mail as well and ask. We need to be proactive. I have a question.  I'm in the SE region where the CTL quit effective immediately last week.  Is our supervisor gone, too?  She never is good about communication, but I sent her an e-mail 2-1/2 weeks ago which is still unanswered and there has been no communication of any kind for about 3 weeks.  Shouldn't there have been a communication about our CTL leaving?  Nothing is completed in Schedule Source, etc. ...

I've only been on DQS since July and still getting to know how all things work. I work in the North region, and today I am getting jobs from an account I can't find in my BOB. This account is in Tennessee, which doesn't seem like it should be in the North. Am I getting jobs from another region? Anybody know if this is possible? My regular BOB seems to be pretty much out of work, but I didn't know I could get work from somewhere else. ...

I think I've been up too long as I was reading the directions for text expansions and dictionaries for this "new" north region being created.  Directions indicates loggin into DocQscribe use new company code and then proceed with copy the above.  I don't ever put the company code in when I log into DocQscribe.  I only enter it sometimes when logging into DocQmanage.
