Anyone familiar with CatTails and the northern/central Wisconsin (MC) - see message

Cannot name accounts here, but this is a central Wisconsin clinic and its central and northern Wisconsin satellite clinics, which uses their own EHR software called CatTails. I am wondering if they are now outsourcing to MModal, Nuance, Amphion, or any other companies. Thanks for any info.

that was bought by MedQuist, which just a few weeks later announced that it would be changing its name to M*Modal.

I left the company when they got bought out by MQ/MM, so I don't know much about it, but I saw the web site about CatTails just a few weeks later, so I think this was probably in the works for a very long time before it became official. I loved working for that company and for those clinics, too. It was one of the best jobs I ever had, and I was so sad to leave.

I'm sure it has gone downhill since the merger, since everything MQ/MM touches seems to go downhill after they get their greedy little hands on a new company. Very sad.

I had to quit when the clinic went with a cable company, for their internet, that I didn't have in my town (this was in 2001, before the clinic added DSL internet access), and I have been with a national company since. I liked working for this clinic. Will you tell me the name of the company they outsourced to, that you worked for before the merge? We can name companies here, just not individual accounts. So, do you think this clinic is now outsourced to MModal? Thanks again.

She sent multiple voice files, I type them up and send back the same day, she will claim 2 days later she never got the work. I extensively explain how I sent things, she didn't get them in email.
