the word "the," can you imagine how hard it will be to find another job when you have failed audits? People probably assume (and rightly so) that you put in erroneous information or left out vital information from dictation -- something that brought about harm to the patient. There is no way you could possibly get them to believe that in reality you put out beautiful work every day all day, and it was a discrepancy over whether the dictation read "Lab tests were normal" versus "The lab tests were normal." Anybody with any brain cells would never accept that as the real reason you failed an audit in any industry I don't think.

I can beat all this. I got one of those audits, score: 89.%

I didn't put in a required field on the ADT screen (which was named: Job Title)

(Lost, without a copy of the note in front of me) I taped a memo of this rule to my monitor and waited to get another such note. When I eventually did, I looked at the client profile and there was NO SUCH RULE there.

I emailed them back with that, and btw what SHOULD I put in the Title Field.

They said it was something they're working on and she wasn't really for sure WHAT GOES THERE.

So my audit stands (I didn't go any further)

fyi: I come on here to comfort myself that I'm not the only one suffering with this job. I don't really look for any answers (but you people are so helpful/thanks), I'm just amazed at what goes on in this country overall and what companies/people are getting away with.

I don't want a dictatorship country, but THINGS ARE GOING TOO FAR. Everywhere.

Another strange thing, with the update today, I just did a note where the ADT info REFUSED to load on the ADT screen.

NO ONE flunks an audit with a single occurrence of omitting the word "the" - obviously there were other errors contributing to the failing audit score.

Agree since an omitted "the" is only a 0.25 error deduction - me

Honestly, every time I get a big ding it is from one person. Everyone else seems to not mark me off much. When a company decides to make an account VR, are all the reports a mess to begin with for weeks or months until the voice engine (sorry if that's the wrong term) learns from the "straight" transcription that is done?
